Heeeellooooooo people and welcome to this specTACULAR event. Today we will be having a debate between 2 MIGHTYYYY stars! I'm sure i need not introduce them since you all know them but i shall do so anyways!

Our first candidate is a proud clanleader, a respected levelmaker and a player of some skill.
Ladies and gents give up for RAGNAROK!

Our second candidate is also a player of decent skill, who's wisdom knows no limits, a player who's been with us for a very VERY long time.
Give it up for KRSPLAT EVERYBODY!

Now down to the event rules.
Each of the candidates will be asked a question and they have to not only answer it but also discuss their answer. There's no timelimit whats so ever so take your time.
Thats all rules there is. Everybody ready?

First Question.

Is JetBanana a fruit? Or is it a vegetable? Or is it just an impostor and not even food altogether? Comment and discuss.

I think that the answer mostly lies in the name.

The sequence "JETBANANA" can be split into two groups: 30% non-banana, and 70% banana.

Going by this we can do some simple tests to decipher if there is any statistical significance between the difference between these two studied groups.
Using a two-tailed t-test, we can see that we need two or more values in each group.

Further to the hypothesis postulated by SE:
Sir Ementaler wrote:
Jety is an online avatar of who claims to be a young female human from Uzbekistan. The actual age, sex, and location have not been empirically confirmed and may differ. Technically so may the species, although that is to my knowledge highly unlikely.

We can see that not much is known about Jety. It is not impossible that she is a Siamese twin, 30% non-banana, 70% banana, and 100%, not non-banana/banana.
Yes, the usage of 200% as a total is controversial, but if she indeed had a twin, then she would count as two entities.

So the short answer is, given that it is possible that Jetbanana is at least 50% banana, that she is actually a fruit.

Greetings, comrades. King, Rag, everyone your participation in this debate is much appreciated.

Now, imagine a world in which JetBANANA is not yet banana, but a banana tree yet to bear fruit. In this case, we consider the tree, as opposed to its fruit. Soon, Jety may look more like this:

But for now, it's possible she looks more like this:

So, if we consider the tree as opposed to the banana, Jety is neither fruit nor vegetabe. In fact, she is inedible .

However, peering into Jety's personality - she likes to wait in CD for players to duel. That is fully vegetating, an act only a vegetable can perform.

Another possibility is she really is a banana, like her namr implies.

It's impossible to know, without knowing her personally. Frankly, I used to think she is a battle bot with some chat functionality. But with evidentially no coder taking credit for her, the safest assumption for me is she is who she says she is. And, she deserves respect. Why would we open with a question about her? She's simply one of the best, and has many haters.

I have more thoughts to share on this debate...

It is very true, that she is quite clearly one of the best in battle. I recall she beat me 22-8 in olcpppeak, my own level, under a 45 minute time limit.

However this made me question things, and then I realised, the answer was right there before my eyes when you replied... She isn't in fact a banana, but a cyborg. Behold...

J.E.T.B.A.N.A.N.A

Juggernaut.Engineered.To.Bring.Abject.'N'.Absolute.Noob.Annihilation

This acronym, if you will, shows that J.E.T.B.A.N.A.N.A was actually here to destroy all the noobs at battle, which partially explains her talent.

The rest of her talent? I believe its down to a combination of intimidation, patience and practice.

So no, J.E.T.B.A.N.A.N.A, contrary to popular belief, is not a banana.

If we could paint a picture of Jety after this debate, this may be it.

Everyone falls in love sometimes, only on jazz jackrabbit it is a crime. Sorry ladies.

Jk, ok really, my worst crime on jj2 was using /k against Rag back when I was with t3 facing against Cx, in 2012 I guess. I asked them not to use /stop without warning, because it was really irritating me how much they did it, and there was no /cstop, and /nomovement back then still allowed your bunny to fall from the air, as opposed to freezing them in the air. But it wasn't my place to enforce this, and cost my team a point or two and also was unfair to Cx, so I apologize to both parties. I definitely felt bad about it, still can't stress it though. I thought I could make my own rules, and if others didn't want to listen then screw them.

The best ctf player is Moti, not you Krzysiek, and I say this because look at our JDC 2v2, Moti and I defeated you and Naps 5-0 on TD's map SRF.

Hello friends, we appreciate your questions and we will answer them; however we intend to tackle deeper, philosophical questions with more dimensions and that are open for debate.

The best CTF player in JJ2:

This can depend on what you view as "CTF". CTF presumably means Capture the flag, and you may mean:
1) the gamemode; capture the flag
2) the act of capturing the flag (which in jj2, is taking the enemy flag)
3) the act of making the score (which in some other games, is called capturing the flag)
I can only assume you mean number 2 so I draw your attention to recent NT statistics.
On average, Zerg captured the flag 8 times per game, an admirable statistic.

The biggest crime that KRSplat commited in JJ2:
I cannot think of anything more heinous than the crime admitted above by my colleague, KRSplat.
Sometimes they say it's the things you don't do that you regret the most; I think KRSplat's biggest crime in this regard, is deleting his comments to player [GpW]Urbs in recent ladder comments. KRSplat should be more ruthless and belligerent, like our future world leader, Kanye West.

Ragnarok, I believe the intention of the question was for you to say your biggest crime on jj2, not mine.

Sounds like you're opening up another debate KRSplat!

I think my biggest crime in JJ2 is when I get mopey at moti after we lose ladders.

Wow I read this and after 10 minutes I'm still laughing.

Do you two know any other languages besides English?

Serriously though. You're both from countries where English is official or most used. I'm sure you had Spanish or French or W/E language you had in school, though that does not mean anything. For an example, I had Italian and don't even remember the basic things. If you do know languages, which ones are they?

It is actually interesting question i have a few regarding this: are you bilingual? How comes? Do you have any blood history with your language? How do you feel about it? Do you think english is the most manipulative language and english conquer the world? Do you have any emotional attachments with your origin?

GO ON IM INTERESTED

Sad to say, but I don't, I'm monolingual. I took 2 years of French and 2 years of Spanish during grade school, passed all of it, but basically didn't learn a thing. Speaking Spanish in the United States is kinda important, as many jobs will only hire bilingual English/Spanish speakers. Too bad for me. Also studied a little Cherokee, Polish, and Arabic with online courses, but never got too far. Interesting though because I also have Cherokee ancestry, and got interested in Arabic and Polish thanks to jj2, bringing this question back to our basic theme.

Idk if I have English ancestry but I do have some Scottish and Irish ancestry, since you asked about blood history so I guess there is a good chance I may have English ancestry as well.

As you ask how I feel, I wish I spoke Spanish as lots of people wanna talk with me in Spanish and I just fail, xd. The most manipulative language? Conquering the world? I'm not sure what you mean by that, but maybe only because of my perspective, having lived in an English-speaking country all my life. Sure I have emotional attachment to my original home, actually the amount of slang in my community can be overwhelming even for other Americans from different parts of the country, but mostly my emotions for home are for my friends, family, community, environment, scenery, etc. Not language really, and imo I don't want to use English as a way to manipulate or conquer. I can't talk online the way I talk with my local friends because, well people dunno how "what's good" means like "what's up" or "jaunt" means like... (any thing). And, sometimes I don't understand slang from outside of my native DC area too. In other words, there's diversity between American, British, or how I see European English, and the colloquialisms don't always transfer geographically. Plus you got Austrailian English, Canadian, who knows how many other regions speaking English. So what I'm saying is, essentially I use a watered-down, more plain vocabulary online than I do irl. Just so it's more easily understood, and I bet many people could relate to this.

Anyway, sure, though, I think the US and UK have done enough "conquering" already, but I see the spread of English as a byproduct of that. It's not that the English language naturally takes over people's vocabulary, but that certain English-speaking countries like to take over people's lands. Also, I always wondered why the Celtic culture, is pronounced like 'keltic' and the basketball team Boston Celtics are pronounced like 'seltics' even when the basketball team is clearly named after the Celtic people. Furthermore, I believe that the Boston Celtics mascot takes his image from the ancient Mexican king Huitzilihuitl.

Huitzilihuitl:

See the resemblance? @_@
