No it was not, it was barely a majority decision and if you hadn't voted "no" the result might have even been different. Some people didn't vote, refused to vote or voted no.
Anyway don't expect a perm ban for real, people always get unbanned sooner or later and CD seems less strict than ZD in that matter. It's also sad to find out that you left CC after this. We were basically the ones who didn't/don't approve of your ban (no one from CC voted yes).
