what have u actually done right to this community since u were chosen a trustee? u must have ur own achievements, as every other admin has at least one.

my opinion: we don't have to choose admins ourselves (as gry stated in the previous thread, it would just not work), the admin 'council' can vote for one and we can DECIDE if we want him to represent us or not. also, after he was chosen an admin (like 2-3 months later), we should be let to vote again and see if the new admin is still doing the good job as he did in the past. if he's voted off, all the rights will be taken away and admins will try to make a smarter decision next time. do u like this idea??
if u dont like it, admins could just do some preselections for like 32 ppl who sign up.

no jake, i'm asking u. i could ask DZ in the first place if he forced you to be a trustee, but u got the job with all the pleasure instead. if ure afraid of the answer it's ok, but that's surely not a good sign especially for an admin. don't tell me im not right

I'd prefer the possibility #2.
And KiMo, it might be that I've been friends with DZ for a long time, and he has learnt that I am worthy of Trustee. (Ok, I made something up. Go ask DZ if in doubt.)

1) Clans submit admin ideas (and perhaps a list of people they really don't want to be admin - you dont need to list artem and murat )
2) DZ removes everyone he wouldn't want to be trustee (and/or an admin discussion, depending on his wishes ofc)
3) Everyone can vote y/n on the rest (preferably public votes to make it clear that no cheating is going on)
(4) evaluation vote l8r)
Imo this is a good mix of "DZ decides about his property" and democracy, but in the end it's ofc all up to him

Also, it isn't weird that DZ makes NFers trustee... Jake is part of NF's loyal core, so of course DZ trusts him. In my opinion you should cut Jake some slack - it's his first mistake afaik. And Jake should apologize to Kimo. And that's the end of it. GG no re

Hmm, if banning a faker who uses a hated player's identity to flame admins a mistake, I believe I have done much worse stuff.
