How is this my mess? I made an expection/solution (playing on saturday) for you long ago.
All you needed to do was asking him: Can you play then, yes or no?
I can tell you, if you will schedule your round 4 match next week there will be a mess again, and it won't be my fault.
Just schedule your match at the best possible time, try to explain your players about the importance of being there and maybe there will be a possible solution later. Also, if a player is leaving for a while, try to contact him beforehand, things can also be arranged a week or more before a round starts.

Ok,I re-read what i wrote eariler and I think that I need to apologize. I did have good reasons for writing what i did but the way I wrote it was just ....unfair. I overreacted. Now u can make fun of me,I deserve it.

Can't really blama Ana... Sonic's post was chrystal clear in conjunction where the previous posts where it is clear that the day had already been agreed on. Sonic was confused about the time, Ana explained it and sonic thanked her.
