It's Lithium here, I guess you all know me, so let's get back to the point of this thread. I recently left GpW because of some issues and decided to form my own clan - the first rather serious clan I make. So here it is - The Servants of All are ready to pwn!
Clan name and the clan tag
Now, you must have been wondering: What the hell does Servants of All mean?! Are they going to serve food or something?
Let me answer that: Servants of All (Aes Sedai) are an organization from the book series, The Wheel of Time. All Aes Sedai can wield the One Power (use magic basically) and they use it to help the ordinary people and make the world a better place to live in.
Now, I don't really know are we going to help you much, but we'll make sure that all of our members are friendly and that they make this game a bit more competitive!
The name Aes Sedai was the base for our clan tag, aEs. It isn't SoA; we have decided that aEs would look better and using the name abbreviation is so boring and overused.
Current memberlist
The clan leaders are Cirno (known as GLaDOS) and Lithium (me). You can talk to us about joining. The current members are Sulfur, Treylina, wKtK, Sean and Jasmine.
Recruitment
In order to join us, you have to obey the cake be friendly, know English well enough and be a decent CTF player. You have to ask the leaders. They'll tell you to join an aEs training and you will receive a tryout there. After the tryout, if you pass, the members will be asked for opinion and then the leadership will vote. You do not need to win the tryout match; you just need to play well.
aEs is also active in several other games. Ask the leaders about them if you're interested.
We look forward to playing ladders with other clans and holding trainings together. After all, we're all supposed to have fun, and that's what are we going to do!

I didn`t read that book u mentioned in ur posts and nor did 70% of the ppl here.Why I find this name silly? The first thing that comes into my mind when I hear it, is: "Will they offer us free points/easy victories etc?" It might work in a book like that but in jj2,dunno....it sux. Why do I need to explain my opinion anyway? I find nothing insulting about what I said.

I understand, you did not read the book, but it would even make less sense to call us Aes Sedai. Do so if it sounds better to you than Servants of All, though.

I understand, you did not read the book, but it would even make less sense to call us Aes Sedai. Do so if it sounds better to you than Servants of All, though.
So, if I understand well, clanname and clantag are totally different? For example, Nice Clan for the clan name and FG for the clantag (Fruits Grows.. 1st thing I thought of)? Or... Aes Sedai is the one who wrote the book ?

I`d never feel insulted by that. It`s ur opinion and I can accept it. Aes Sedai reminds me of al-Qaida xd. It sounds like a terrorist organisation.

I`d never feel insulted by that. It`s ur opinion and I can accept it. Aes Sedai reminds me of al-Qaida xd. It sounds like a terrorist organisation.
In my opinion you shouldn't make such a big deal out of this clan name stuff. Ron is the leader after all and as long as his clan members don't have anything against their name choice, others have to be okay with it as well. I was also thinking about what you said some time ago and on behalf of you I would have very likely done the same thing. (hope you know what I'm referring to) I wish you good luck with the clan too btw
