There are many different recording programs. I'll tomorrow link to the one I used a couple times. Remember though that you actually need a quite good processor/video card.

I searched for screen broadcasting tools and found no freeware software compatible with Windows 7.
Of CamStudio, I recorded a JJ1 video that consumed almost five gigabytes. I can't enable audio recording or change the recording resolution.
Similar problems existed when I began to construct a program to take screenshots at timed intervals: I estimated that a visual record of a 10-minute round of JJ2 would require at least 100 megabytes.
(I died in that JJ1 level, too, hah)

Anyways, try using CamStudio if you want a quick video with probably no sound, and look into Hypercam 3 or something if you want higher quality. You can contact me if you want help settings something up or don't have sounds or stuff like that. Also, remember to use atleast some compression. Raw .avi is rather heavy.

I used Camtasia several times and made YouTube videos of JJ2 with it. youtube.com/ShakerNL But I think Fraps works smoother. Didn't test on JJ2 yet.
