IMO, teams that played all 4 games should automatically advance to knockout stage. Actually groups had 5 teams, I was incorrect about 4 teams. 4SpR and PR played all 4 games. 4SpR went 4-0; PR went 1-3. C2 and L played 3 games, going 2-1 W/L. They should also advance. Therefore a 4-team bracket can be made with 4SpR, PR, C2 and L. Missing games should be regarded as a forfeit, although groups became uneven as some teams were disqualified: without counting wins to determine seeding, I would rely on counting at least how many games they actually played. Having fewer losses and fewer games played doesn't give a team an edge to enter a 4-team bracket. I would suggest a semi-final of (1) 4SpR vs (4) PR and (2) C2 vs (3) L, if there is a knockout stage.
