Yeeep it's official! The legen-wait for it-dary clan, the good ol' -fB> was proudly annexed by the even greater [GpW].
Not only are -fB> members to some degree part of [GpW] now, but -fB> now serves as a training clan for those who want to join [GpW] but need some additional skills for it.
Of course, this means -fB>isn't a stand-alone clan in the leauge anymore and thus can't rank up the leaderboard, -fB>'s ladders and/or clanwars instead are submitted to jazzjackrabbit.net under the [GpW] banner, but only if I, the manager and founder of the -fB> clan, let them play the match, or if someone from [GpW]'s leaders or captains gives them permission to. So if a bunch of -fB>-ers want to kick -t3>'s ass they have to ask us if they can do it first.
This counts for every single match. If a regular [GpW] member (that isn't me) submits a match for -fB> without one of the captains/leaders of [GpW] or me knowing, they risk getting themselves kicked out of the clan. The same goes for -fB> members: don't upload matches as -fB> or you're out of the clan.
When we feel like some of -fB>'s members don't need our permission anymore, they are offered to officially join [GpW].
As the manager of -fB>, I am the formal sole leader of the clan, but I can assign captains to do certain things. I trust -fB>'s captains to recruit any player they think is good enough, but they still must ask me or one of [GpW]'s captains/leaders for permission to play a match. They can also organize clan training without my knowing.
[GpW] members can also play matches with -fB> players in their team, but again, they need mine or the permission of one of [GpW]'s captains/leaders.
Well, there's nothing left to say! Both [GpW] and -fB> are hiring!

4: Multi-clanning
A player may only be a member of one active clan at a time.
Reminds me of the CDF/Cpt merge or the CC/aEs alliance

First we get some players and see how it goes. Easy as pie.

I'd suggest to just make people recruits, just like we do. It's lame to have people play ladders for GpW under the -fB> tag.
Still better than those players who play ladders but don't wear any tag at all.

How can it remind you of CDF/Cpt., we simply merged and became 1 clan.
Ok, it's not the exact same. Fb to Gpw is apparently an annex, not a merge
