This season will be settled by a simple knock-out structure. Clan #1 will face clan #4, and clan #2 clan #3 in immediate semi-finals. After that a grand finale and a game for third place will be played.
That means that each of the four participating clans will get to play two clanwars.
When the season has been settled, JJnet's CTF ladder will take a break.
Special rules §1. At the time of arranging its matches, each clan will pick two maps from a special extended JJNet mappool (see §3). At the time of the actual clanwar the opposing clan picks one of the maps that the other team had picked, and vice versa. When determining colours, the original map picker is considered the map picker. The colours are picked in the same way as for ladder matches, without any coinflip. §2. The normal season vetoes do not apply.
§3. There are a couple of advantages to having a better ranking than your opponent: 1) the lower ranked clan will be counted as the challenger, whose opponent as you know gets to pick the map order 2) you get to play against a supposedly weaker team in the semi-finals.
How matches are scheduled A deadline will be given before which clans must have arranged and played their games. If they fail to agree, a neutral JJnet admin (=not a member of any of the involved clans) will schedule the match on standard time (20.00 some day).
