Micky, this has been explained for you already.
If you join a server close to you then you probably dont have many "hops" or routings between you and the server, thats why you often get low ping to those servers. Atleast if they are good.
But you live in Italy, and there are not many JJ2 servers near you. And If your ISP has bad routing to other nations then you get many "hops" = high ping.
You can see how many "hops" you have to a server by using the tracert command in CMD. Use "tracert 92.32.66.236" to see how many "hops" you have to the Zeal Server. |

my lower ping is 36ms is CS.16 and jj2 servers is high ping is 100ms-300ms
