With "letting it appear" I meant us making that joke in the server (and not hiding the thread immediately, which would have prevented the whole thing from happening). With "letting it grow" I meant not making it clear in time that he's not a Trustee. Are you misinterpreting me on purpose and insulting me for that?

I wasn't talking about them not deserving to be admins, I was talking about ordinary community members thinking having several admins from one clan is unfair (remember that flamewar on the CC bias? It was about JJnet though). Besides, we don't need that many Trustees, a few active ones would do imo. Also, I mentioned "clans like RL", if you were talking about that (but it's probably more about the members themselves in Cpt., they aren't controlled by a single power abuser like RL was)
KiMO, if you wantt to post logs, either put some space between snippets of it, or do not take anything between parts of the log. That looks like you are trying to hide something.

I banned moti for 35 minutes (aka until the end of the round) because she first spectated off two times and then started insulting me. It showed me she was clearly not interested in letting me accomplish what I want to, and was actually trying to prevent me from playing the match. (To be exact, Warrior refused to play on the server, but I'm quite sure I would have got him to play there, too, by letting him choose the map, so I don't think her excuse for spectating off was valid.) Also, since when has reserving a server for a match been forbidden? I don't think I made any kind of mistake there. The mistake I made was letting the thread about Toni appear and grow.
Sorry for derailing the thread, but I wanted people not to have an incorrect picture of what happened. What caused people to see the event in a bad light was probably me leaving soon after banning her (Warrior found a server). And yeah, probably that JDC is important for me at the moment.
About my views on the actual topic of the thread, I think one thing that has caused flamewars is the crew being biased towards certain clans. NF, for instance, had four of them, counting DZ. Limiting the number of Trustees and Moderators from a single clan might be able to handle this. Something like two per clan might be more appropriate; however, I'm only suggesting an upper bound here. I think clans should only receive Trustees after having existed for a good period of time to prevent abuse, and there's always a chance to have a clan like RL...
