=->How`d the "bomb scene" event become handled differently within the flowchart of plus-evolution?
There is a level made with the version of JCS from 2010, [( i.e.; ... The same JCS as 1.23 without any plus )]
and JJ2 modded w/ plus from 2010 handles the "bomb scene" event differently from plus version 5.9.
The JCS with plus-version 5.9 will save ".J2L" files to a format that`s just naturally incompatible with vanilla/non-plus.
Those files are also incompatible with "old-plus" which I think of different from "new-plus" in the sense that some levels are backwards-compatible,
based on what format they are saved to by JCS, and eventually later releases of plus became no longer backwards-compatible with prior versions of JJ2/JJ2+.
So, it seems like with "new-plus" any tiles with the "bomb scene" event are impassable. They behave like the same as if those tiles were masked...
They cannot be passed through by the character. With "old-plus" those same tiles (with the "bomb scene" event) simply prevent bullets from passing through.
Those tiles allow the character to pass through them, just not the bullets that they shoot.
I haven`t tested actually using a TNT on those tiles, the level has no TNT ammo and I have no incentive to experimentally place TNT in the level,
just for the sake of testing it. I was only using the event to block bullets on those tiles. However, the way that "new-plus" treats that specific
"bomb scene" event differently from in "old-plus" means that the level is basically more-or-less unplayable in "new-plus"
For the sake of reference, the level in question *IS**is**iS**Is* a "basketball" level.
It`s meant to go along with a "turtle-shell-soccer" level and
another "Pro-Am" level that is in between kickball and baseball.
Except THAT one isn`t really *done* yet.
