Could you talk to your admins Gry, and tell them to first ask does someone wants to leave, and then kick if he refuses. I just joined the server, started typing something (asking someone something), and suddenly I got kicked "sorry bro, ladder". The game was stopped but nvm that, I just got kicked without saying anything. I would leave, that was not problem, but the problem is that I wanted to ask something someone, and I got kicked.

No, until there is some other rule made up, I am not going to stop them from doing exactly what I would do. Spectators can be kicked off at any time if the players don't want them there.

I suppose that existence of threads like this is caused by unnecessary frustration related to the "Server kicked you off" message. Due to that I recommend creating a program that instead of the said message displays a sexy half-naked woman. Imo that'd solve every of your problems.

so who will setup the voting which member will be displayed? cuz if we should make a wrong decision we could even worsen the situation and get in serious trouble o.O

Oh, I didn't say it should be a community member. I wouldn't recommend that because I don't think there is a single active one who isn't hated by even a little group of other members. Besides, taking picture of yourself half-naked just to later put it in the kick/ban message might make it harder to gain respect in the future. I rather meant some simple search through google images.

What the hell. Why would you agree with that if you got this to agree with:
