Nice! How is the initial number of thanks defined? In most other forums using the same system, it starts at zero and is incremented by 1 for each 'thank' given, but people seem to have random numbers of initial thanks here.

Much to my chagrin about this "system" being put in place, I have a suggestion: don't show the "This post has been helpful to n of the forumers" if it's 0
The staff bonus makes little sense now, too, I think
