A lot of people use their native languages to slip insults to other players. When an admin deletes their post, they whine, saying that it wasn't an insult and that the admin didn't actually understand what the post said. The admins have a policy of allowing foreign languages on the site/forums, but I believe it has to change because of situations like this. What do you think?
We rode on the winds of the rising storm,
We ran to the sounds of the thunder.
We danced among the lightning bolts,
and tore the world asunder.
As the title says.

Im going bed now.But I want to see a list with these " a lot of people" that use their native languages.Anyway I vote "no".If i remember good they aren't so many and imo this post doesn't count so much.

Really the irony here is that in English there are going to be 1,025 different creative ways to say "fuck you", so disallowing foreign languages on the site is just going to make people exhaust that list.
My vote goes to "it doesn't matter".
*insert inane collection of quotes here*

Whatever, no or yes - insults from other players affect you 'til you're reacting 'em...
Simply - ignore and skip insults (especially if addressed to you)... Because people who using
insult in front or behind back, have problems in their life...
Infact, a person don't really want to insult you, but he's having problems like -
"How do I look? I have to insult him, because i think I should look more stronger than he..." and etc.
Sorry for topic slide, but imo about foreign languages - "Doesn't matter"

Insults are a problem everywhere on the net, be it in forums or in other sites. In addition, being a site mainly for kids jj.net suffers even more from childish insults.
Und zu de Schprache: mir ischs im Prinzip völlig egal wer wie abstimmt; de einzig wo de Kommentar da verstaht isch wahrschinli sowieso de tolli Grü und drum chunnts gar nöd so druf a wie mer schriibt; s'Meisti wo gschriebe wird isch eh Blödsinn vo chliine Spastis.
Comprehendo?

Aber Mo lebt ist gar kein problem ich geh' in die Stodt in ein Discostadl mit 'ne schone Madl. Ohne umlauts ofc (barbaric entities they are!!!)
One point tho, the moderators use their languages as well and although King defended the incidents as not being in the same category as some other insults (because supposedly the latter were real insults and the former were just "jokes"), I tend to disagree. The moment you use kurwa/sugi pula or any similar phrase that is leveled towards another person, it can be interpreted the wrong way.
However I do agree that language is not the issue here.
I hate your German, I really do!

Insults are a problem in English too, but at least admins can react. If it's in a different language, the admins have to translate or get someone to translate it for them (it might also be incorrect). Also, there's always someone who defends the violator (or it's even the person itself) and says "did you even understand? stfu you don't know our language" and admins do not know how to react.
Also Urbs, you insult me. I rarely post comments in Serbian, much less insult people with them.
