@MS. I meant making kills as in so it keeps the base clear for those who try to R. Which makes it far easier to actually have a chance to score. Not just simply killing for the sake of stats. It's difficult to even get a decent amount of ammo in BBSwing when it's a rather chaotic 3v3...using the pole to get ammo is risky. Infact I never really wanted to play a 3v3 in that level...it's too small for the purpose.
You should always play for your team, not to make kills. If that means being S with 1h and NA then do it. If your teammates want you to be S it is because they think you will get the opportunity to score. In bbswing I've been S with 1h a lot, I just kept enemies away with normal seek ammo. When you kill one, you can fastly get a C in this level.
Kev...get this straight. Being ready to score with 1 health and no ammo is a crappy strategy imo. I absolutely hate trying to score with no ammo as enemies who try to R at my base will just get the powered ammo instead, while you two guys (teammates) try to r with no ammo is even more of a total joke. I am more of the person who likes to have powered ammo to be ready to score. Sure it takes more time, but it can really pay off too, as it kills off enemies faster. It was also difficult to control seek PU since it's closer to red than blue base. I would've played as red if I were in bbswing tbh. I'm actually pretty used to playing as blue in bblair though. And I'm really evil at defending blue base there. Yeah, I've been pretty laggy lately probably because of bad weather, we have a lot of snow, and blizzards coming over every now and then. I didn't want to talk to kev about this strategy because I would end up getting chatkilled anyway. Remember, actually try strategies first in training somehow before using them in serious games. If you already did, then my bad...but I hate this way of playing.
@Veg: yeah, stats means nothing. We had good teamplay on both levels.
Overall: BBLair was their choice. We played well there. And for stats (at least my stats) there's a good explanation. When I am r3, and get hit, I just let the enemy to kill me and come there and be r3 again. In meanwhile, jake or DZ are r. If r3 then I am a hunter. If rlow then I stay R and they become hunters.
